Snippet

In MegaPortal, a Snippet is an executable unit that can be saved as a file with the .megaentry extension. It can be run by the MegaPortal engine and takes in inputs and produces outputs as specified.

As the screenshot below show:

A Snippet is made up of one or more Blocks which are connected in sequence, with each block taking inputs from the previous block and producing outputs for the next one.

To edit or run a Snippet, you can simply open a .megaentry file in the MegaPortal editor using your file explorer.
